Josh Bruton

Vice President, Operations

Josh joined the firm in 2003, and became the Vice President of Operations in 2018. Josh helps lead the operations for the firm, including the information technology infrastructure, portfolio performance reporting systems, and trading platforms. He has a passion for people, and enjoys opportunity to get to know clients and their families, building relationships with them, and helping to support their retirement goals. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was in pharmaceutical sales at Eli Lilly and Company and inside sales at DHL.

Josh graduated with a B.A. in History and German from Washington & Jefferson College.  He has had the opportunity to hone his fluency in German by studying abroad to Germany twice – once through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program in Dachau and a second time through The University of Freiburg.

Josh resides in Pottstown, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.  Josh has a true passion for the community, and he has been committed to volunteering and supporting many community groups over the years. Currently, he is President of the Downingtown Good Neighbor Day Committee, which benefits the ambulance and rescue squads within the Downingtown Area School District. He is also Treasurer of the Minquas Fire Company, and volunteers with Living Love Ministries.
